Friday and Sunday events are for pilots and their guests, the Arlington community is invited for Saturday afternoon events.

- 3:00 p.m. Camping areas open pilot arrivals (SE Corner)
- 5:00 p.m. Big Top meet and greet
- 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. BBQ Dinner
- 7:30-8:30 p.m. Ice Cream Social
Saturday
- 7:30-9:30 a.m. Pilot Breakfast (Big Top)
- 8:00 a.m. Static Displays Arrive (Main Ramp)
- 10 a.m. Speakers (Putnam Hall)
- 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Food Trucks (AWO Field)
- 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Arlington Street Fair Shuttle Service for pilots
- Commemorative Air Force Reliant Rides (on going)
- 2:00 -8:00 p.m. Ellies Beer Garden and Taco Bar
- 3:30 – 4:30 p.m. Guitars for Hope Music Showcase (Big Top Stage)
