It is a joint effort by The Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots\, Experimental Aircraft Association Chapter 977\, Suwannee River Region Antique Automobile Club of America\, and the Lake City Gateway Airport.The event will take place at the Lake City Gateway airport terminal located at 3524 US 90\, between 11AM and 1PM. Featured will be an antique and custom car display and aircraft flying in to drop off toys. All adults bringing a new unwrapped toy valued $10 or more will be entitled to a free hot dog lunch and unique collectable Challenge Coin (while supplies last). Kids under age 12 eat free.Sant Claus will be in attendance listening to kids last minute wishes for Christmas and handing out toys too. Join in on the fun and help make Christmas special for all local kids.

Mountain City Tennessee 37683.\nThis year is going to be from July 27th to August 3rd to fit into that after “Oshkosh Air Show” week.\nNOTE: REGISTRATION WILL BE CLOSED BETWEEN 11PM AND 6AM! If you have to arrive between those times please plan on taking a nap in the parking lot for a bit. Thank you…\nVender Update:\nWe are going LOCAL this year and inviting organizations\, churches\, schools\, fund raisers and anyone else that wants to set something up. **JOHNSON COUNTY VENDORS** call me at 423-727-1223 for more details.\nYou all have been responsible for a lot of grins\, laughter and conversation within the local community when they are discussing “Those Contraptions” that you all fly around with! Anytime someone is aware that I’m associated with the Airport they always have something interesting to boast. Search the numerous YouTube videos from previous event to get the feel of what Mountain flying is all about. This General Aviation airport has proven to be perfect for PPG/PPC due to the light traffic\, morning ground fog situations and single traffic pattern. Potable water\, Mens and Woman’s hot showers\, waste water dump on-site\, hangar storage space for equipment and shelter during inclement weather.\nTo ensure everyone gets the needed nightly rest to fly the next day the generator use will be limited to all those camping on the asphalt area be turned off by 11:00 PM. Generators will be allowed to run all night in the “East 40” camping area. The option of staying at any of our accommodations or campgrounds… here’s a helpful link www.johnsoncountytn.gov/places-to-stay.\n100LL aviation fuel is available in the office\, or seek out Airport representative.\nAn FAA NOTAM will be implemented for safety concerns that will alert general aviation aircraft of your presence in the area\, but please note that the Airport will remain open or any and all public landing and taking off traffic.\nEvent participants charge per day is $25.00 per pilot and $10.00 additional charge that come with non-flying adult guest. DESCRIPTION:  \n\n\n\nThe Annual Fly/In Cruise/In will be held at the Marion\, Indiana Municipal Airport (MZZ).  The action starts early at 7:00am and runs until 2:00pm.  This annual event features antique\, classic\, homebuilt\, ultralight\, rotorcraft and warbird aircraft as well as vintage cars\, trucks\, motorcycles\, fire trucks\, autocycles\, military vehicles and tractors.  An all-you-can-eat Pancake Breakfast is served from 7:00am to 12:00pm\, with all breakfast proceeds benefitting the Grant County Rescue Mission! \nPilots…we encourage you to fly in on Friday afternoon or evening!  Special Fly/In Cruise/In rates apply at the Comfort Suites Hotel beginning Friday night.  Free transportation to/from the hotel will be available.  See the Lodging page for details.
