EAA Chapter 1218 Fly-in and Camp Out (1H5)

Come out and camp under your wing or bring your camper! Full fun weekend kicking off Friday evening with a spot landing competition and cookout! You don’t wanna miss Saturday morning! The Stinson group flying in from Gaston’s White River Resort led by Jodie Jones will be dropping in at 8 AM. Jodie will have his beautiful 1943 Stinson Reliant. In the flock will be the famous Pepsi Stinson Reliant SR–7 and SR-9 American Airlines Stinson along with 15-20 more Stinson 108’s all from the mid 1940s. We will be serving pancakes and all the breakfast sides Saturday morning. All meals by donations. Young Eagle rides, aircraft static displays, music jam, both evenings. Saturday lunch, dinner, and Sunday breakfast will be served. Plan a 10 AM departure on Sunday. This is a free public event that you don’t wanna miss. Come for the day or for the weekend!
