A make up fly-in is scheduled for Oroville Airport after last spring’s event saw a smaller aircraft turnout due to high winds. The new event, dubbed Harvest Moon Fly-In, is slated for Saturday, October 3, according to an announcement by organizer Gonzalo Curiel.
