To ensure a safe and coordinated event, all transit aircraft and aircraft flying into the Magic Valley Airshow should plan with the following arrival and departure windows:
- Arrival Window: Before 8:00AM MDT (1400Z) for August 16th and August 17th 2025
- Departure Window: After 5:00PM MDT (3200Z) for August 16th and August 17th 2025
