National Aviation Day 2025 (KMQI)

Join the First Flight Society’s celebration of National Aviation Day at Dare County Regional Airport in Manteo. We will also be celebrating Orville and Katharine Wright’s birthdays.
Admission is free at the airport with plenty of parking. The event will run from 10:00AM until 2:00 PM and is aimed at all ages. We will have Vintage Airplanes, speakers, food and vendors. Also we are sponsoring a food drive for the Beach Food Pantry.
The mission of the celebration is to provide a fun and educational experience promoting, honoring, and celebrating the accomplishments of the Wright Brothers and helping educate the world about aviation.
