Everglades City Seafood Festival Fly-in and Camping Weekend (X01)
Come join us at Everglades City for the 2026 Seafood Festival and help support Everglades Airport.
Camp under your wing less than a mile from the festival. Bring your bike or rent one from the FBO for the trip to historic Smallwood Store and Museum on Chokoloskee Island. We are planning on flying down Friday afternoon and return Sunday.
Bring your tents and sleeping bags – we will have a small kitchen setup for cooking, and there is plenty of food options at the festival, or local restaurants. The FBO has bathrooms, but no shower.
We will park and camp at the far north end of the runway, east of the taxi way, just south of the run-up area.
Camping fee is $25 per plane, per night, payable to the airport. Admission to the festival on Saturday and Sunday is $10 per person. Bring a couple of cans of food to donate for Friday entry.
