November 13–15, 2025 β€’ Gallup Airport (KGUP)
Daily operations: 8 AM – 1 PM MST
The Southwest Indian Foundation has told us time and again how much they value the generosity and reliability of this aviation community. The donations we bring are vital β€” warm clothing, household goods, food, and other necessities that go directly to families living in third-world conditions right here in the U.S.
What to Bring (same as in prior years):
Cold-weather clothing (new or gently used, all sizes)
Blankets, linens, pillows, towels
Good-condition toys (working order)
Toiletries: soap, shampoo, toothpaste, brushes, lotion, etc.
Cleaning supplies: bleach, disinfectant, wipes
Non-perishables: canned meats, beans, flour, sugar, cooking oil, etc.
Paper goods: plates, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.
School supplies
Your mission: fill your aircraft with as much as it can safely carry.
Donations often come easily from friends, family, schools, churches, and businesses who are eager to help. The cost of your flight and your donated items are tax-deductible β€” you’ll receive the proper form after the airlift.
If you collect more than you can carry, we’ve arranged overflow storage near Deer Valley and will coordinate with pilots who have extra capacity.
Let’s make this year another unforgettable success. Please RSVP your participation to: rusty@desertjags.com so we can track aircraft and capacity.

Thank you for keeping this mission alive and strong for over four decades. Let’s make the 41st Airlift our biggest yet!
